The ITW Hartness Rebuild Program works sustainably to eliminate the need for new parts each time through our Rebuild Programs. Keeping a constant rotation of rebuilt parts minimizes machine downtime and saves on costs, which would not be possible from a new part.
Spiders
Program Benefits:
- Machine downtime is minimized with constant rotation of repaired spiders.
- All components are inspected for wear or damage and replaced if needed.
- Quality and Engineering inspection prior to shipping.
- Greater durability with the lubrication of internal gearing and bearing surfaces.
- Repairs are completed in 15 business days from date of receipt.
- Cost saving for repairs that receive the same warranty as a new part.
- A crate is provided for storage, if needed. The same crate will be used to ship your spare spider back to ITW Hartness.
Airbags
