Jeff Miller

Vice President and General Manager

Jeff Miller is the Vice President and General Manager for ITW Hartness, a division of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW).

With more than six years of ITW experience across the Appliance Components and Construction Products segments, Jeff brings a diverse commercial and engineering background and passion for manufacturing to a growing division at ITW Hartness.

Mark Hostetler

Director of Operations

Mark is the Director of Operations at Hartness. With over 30 years manufacturing management experience, Mark prides himself in making continuous improvement a way of life throughout his areas of responsibility.

Mark started with Hartness in 2002 as the Manufacturing Manager. Prior to Hartness, Mark worked with Precision Castparts Corp. as an Operations Manager.

Shannon Temples

Division Controller

Shannon Temples is the Division Controller for ITW Hartness, a division of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW).

As a key member of the leadership team, Shannon is responsible for evaluating, developing, and overseeing all fiduciary, economic, and information technology responsibilities for the Division.

Mica Longwell

Director of Engineering

Mica is the Engineering director for ITW Hartness, a division of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW).

As a key member of the leadership team, Mica has full responsibility for all Engineering functions, including Mechanical, Electrical and Controls Design Engineering (Project-related and R&D), Application Engineering, Project Management, and Site Management.

Suzanna Fulton

Director of Human Resources

Suzanna Fulton is the HR Director for ITW Hartness, a division of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW).

Aligning with ITW’s Enterprise strategy and the strategic plans and operational objectives of the division, Suzanna is responsible for leading people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, and organizational culture.

Martin Gilchrist

Director of Strategic Marketing

As a key member of the leadership team, Martin Gilchrist serves as the Strategic Marketing Director at ITW Hartness.

Martin is responsible for driving the development and execution of end market focused strategies and all marketing and product management activities for the division.

Coley Mitchell

Division Sales Director

Coley Mitchell is the Division Sales Director at ITW Hartness.

Coley oversees all sales and strategic sales excellence (SSE) initiatives for the division, working closely with Strategic Marketing to ensure the success of Customer Back Innovation (CBI) efforts.
