Features and Options

Air Transfer

Innovative Product Handling: Airbags inflate around products to gently shift them from their lanes to the proper placement for packing.

Versatile Compatibility: Capable of handling various product types, including a wide range of sizes, materials, and shapes.

Delicate and Precise Control: Ensures low-pressure handling to protect products, even delicate or fragile items.

Lowering Head

Precision Control: The grid precisely lowers products into their cases using servo-driven technology, ensuring accurate placement and reducing the risk of damage.
Gentle Product Handling: Designed for both glass and plastic containers, ensuring product integrity during packing, even with delicate or lightweight items.
Enhanced Speed and Versatility: The lowering head increases efficiency by keeping cases stationary, optimizing handling for splits required in multi-case configurations.

Placehead

Precise and Versatile Handling: Accurately places pressure-sensitive products into cases with gripper options for various container types, ensuring careful handling.

Minimized Drop Impact: Incorporates “place packing” technology to reduce the drop distance, enhancing product safety and packing precision.

Adaptable Bypass Mode: The modular system enables the placehead portion to be toggled off, allowing for a seamless transition from place packing to drop packing when needed.

Parallel Pack

Our new Parallel Pack capability enables case packing at rates up to 120 cases per minute by packing cases side by side. This approach increases the throughput of your Model 2800 Case Packer while minimizing footprint.

Choose the Parallel Pack Ready option to give your line future flexibility.  Selecting the Parallel Pack Ready configuration means your system is engineered for future scalability without major redesigns.

When production volumes rise, you can integrate Parallel Pack seamlessly, avoiding costly downtime and preserving your existing footprint. This approach ensures your Case Packer evolves with your business, delivering higher throughput when you need it most.

Quick-Adjust Lanes

The new Quick-Adjust Lane System eliminates the need for heavy lane spacers, significantly reducing changeover time.

This innovative system allows operators to adjust lanes quickly and precisely by simply turning the two crank handles to the values specified in the product recipe.

Compatible with Models 875 and 2800 Case Packers, the Quick-Adjust Lane System is a versatile upgrade designed to enhance efficiency, flexibility, and accuracy.
