Replace legacy top‑pick infeed components with a rotary picking mechanism that enhances blank handling reliability at higher run rates, including the blank magazine, transport system, pneumatics, guarding, drip pans, combiner legs, and frame modifications.
Nip Roller Air Cylinder
Adds a pneumatic kit to control the nip roller.
Speed EQ
Update the Speed EQ with either a dual‑motor micropitch mattop chain system that includes a Micropitch 2 belt assembly, an additional VFD, and updated programming, or a film‑only Habasit belt drive that includes a fully tested and assembled belt unit, installation hardware and bracketry, and updated programming for reliable speed control.
