As a key member of the leadership team, Coley Mitchell serves as the Division Sales Director at ITW Hartness.

Coley is responsible for overseeing all sales and strategic sales excellence (SSE) initiatives for the division. Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth, collaborating with Strategic Marketing to ensure the success of Customer Back Innovation (CBI) efforts, and identifying and assessing significant growth opportunities. His role also involves implementing strategies that deliver profitable market share.

Coley began his career with Hartness in December 2021 as NA Sales Manager. Through his leadership, Hartness has seen an average annual growth rate of +25% in case packing, accumulation, and HTW equipment sales since 2022. Prior to joining ITW Hartness, Coley held various sales and management roles, including GM of US Operations for Synerlink, a Barry Wehmiller Company, and commercial roles with Noax Technologies.

Coley graduated from Furman University with a BA in Political Science. He enjoys spending time with his wife, and their two children. In his free time, Coley is an avid runner and cyclist.
