Suzanna Fulton is the HR Director for ITW Hartness, a division of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW).

Aligning with ITW’s Enterprise strategy and the strategic plans and operational objectives of the division, Suzanna is responsible for leading people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, and organizational culture.

Prior to joining ITW, Suzanna held the position of Senior HR Leader of North America at Greenfield Industries. She also held the HR executive role at a multi-state engineering and architecture firm as well as a key leadership position for a global thermoplastics compound organization.

Suzanna graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Marketing. She has two married sons, Hayden (Ashton) and Adam (Bethany). Suzanna supports the community through various non-profits including Board leadership at Compass of Carolina. She enjoys traveling and cheering on the Clemson tigers and resides in the Greenville SC area.
